Why is it free?
Because the per-agent SaaS model is a tax on growing teams, and tickets contain data that really shouldn't leave your servers. Andrea is GPL-3.0 and built to stay that way.
Are premium features coming?
Not today. The full feature set ships in the open-source build. If a hosted tier ever arrives, it will be an add-on — not a carve-out from what you see here.
Can I get commercial support?
There's no paid support offering yet. For now the fastest way to get help is a GitHub issue. If a support SLA becomes useful enough for people to pay for, we'll offer one.
Can I use it commercially?
Yes. GPL-3.0 permits commercial use. You can run Andrea inside your company, charge your customers, and modify the code. You must share your modifications under the same licence if you distribute them.
